Roy Harper,[2] also known as Speedy, was a vigilante and a former member of the Seven Soldiers of Victory.

The Seven Soldiers of Victory[edit source]
At some point, Roy Harper joined the Seven Soldiers of Victory. During his time on the team, they fought and defeated Dragon King, who had made a living weapon designed to eradicate New York. He later left when the team was disbanded.[3]
