Peter Paul Aguilar was a D.E.A. Bureau Chief that testified against the notorious drug lord Reuben Calderon.[1]

Early Life[edit source]
At some point, Peter infiltrated a notorious drug cartel and after a while undercover discovered that the head of the operation was Reuben Calderon. When Calderon discovered that he was part of the D.E.A., he had his sons murdered but failed to have his daughter killed.[1]
Day of the Dead Festival[edit source]
Believing to have secured his daughter by secretly sending her to hide with other family members, Peter was ready to testify against Reuben Calderon but unfortunately, the trial was delayed. The same day he was about to testify, he received a call from Marcos Trachmann who had his daughter hostage and would release her if he agreed not to testify. He then left the courthouse with his bodyguards. It was later decided that Paloma would be released in the middle of the Day of the Dead Festival if he agreed to the dead. During the festival, Calderon brought Paloma as promised but when Calderon let her go, she shot him, but the Flash stopped the bullet and disarmed her. She then fainted which caused Peter to panic. The Flash who was then mind controlled by Trachmann, brought Peter in front of him and Calderon, but the mind control devices failed, and the Flash fought Trachmann while Peter ran after Calderon. In the middle of the sidewalk, he managed to get to Calderon and knocked him out. The next day, when the festival is over, Calderon was arrested, and they celebrated the event at "Las Flautas" where Peter along with other guests such as Barry Allen and Tina McGee personally thanked the Flash.[1]
