Oliver "Ollie" Queen was the son of Robert and Moira Queen, the maternal half-brother of Thea Queen and the ex-boyfriend of Laurel Lance.

Oliver Queen was born in Starling City to billionaires Robert and Moira Queen. During his childhood, Oliver became best friends with Tommy Merlyn, and was very close with his half-sister, Thea Queen.[2] He later met and fell in love with Laurel Lance,[3] though their relationship ended when he cheated on her with her sister.[4]
Death[edit source]
In 2007, Oliver and his father went on a fishing expedition together on the Queen's Gambit. Whilst in the Pacific Ocean, the boat sank, resulting in Oliver dying and his father being stranded on Lian Yu.[1]
