Nora West-Allen, nicknamed as XS by her mother, was the daughter of Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen. In 2049, Nora found out her powers that were inherited from her father, Barry Allen, also known as The Flash. Later, she became a vigilante with the nickname given by her mother.^[2]

She briefly led the criminal group known as the Young Rogues under the name Jenni Ognats.^[3]
