Marco's Billiards was a bar located in Central City.[1]

In 1990, Stan Kovacs invited a group of thieves to the bar in order to prepare the theft of the Central City Museum. When an FBI agent was spying on them, Parry Johnson one of the robbers killed him in front of the bar. Later, the FBI entered the bar in order to interogate the people inside but could not find the gang. When Mark Bernhardt tried to quit the gang, Kovacs killed him and placed his corpse with a bomb inside the billiard in order to lure the Flash there and killed him. Kovacs believed the Flash to be dead once he blew up the bar but unbeknownst to him, the Flash survived.[1]
