- Tamaranean Physiology: Blackfire's Tamaranean physiology grants her a variety of superpowers.
- Superhuman Strength: Blackfire's Tamaranean physiology allows her to overpower average humans by using her tremendous strength.
- Psychic Link: Blackfire is mentally linked to her sister, who received a series of messages from the former in the form of dreams to seek help.[2]
