Joslyn Jackam, also known as Weather Witch, was a Metahuman criminal and an enemy of The Flash.

Biography

Criminal Life

At some point before 2019, Joslyn Jackam became a metahuman and a criminal, later donning the name Weather Witch as an enemy of The Flash.

Defeated by Supergirl and The Flash

In January 2020, Jackam attacked National City and Supergirl arrived to arrest her. However, due to the Crisis, Supergirl was unable to identify Jackam until The Flash arrives and charged at Jackam, defeating her and allowing the National City Police Department to arrest her.

Escaping from A.R.G.U.S.

Two years later, Jackam, alongside Doctor Polaris, Girder and the Medusa Mask, escaped from their cell at the A.R.G.U.S. Headquarters. They were then captured and returned to their cells by Cisco Ramon and Kamilla Hwang.

• Powers via the Weather Staff: Jackam uses a staff in order to control the weather as a weapon.
  • Atmokinesis: Jackam is able to control the weather using her staff.
    • Electrokinesis: Using her Weather Staff, Jackam is capable of summoning electricity, generate lightning and create an electric cyclone as weapons.

Abilities

• Staff-Fighting: Jackam is able to accurately aim her staff at the police cars and create minor damage.

• Weather Witch Suit: Jackam wears a dark green outfit as Weather Witch. After being arrested, it is presumed that the suit is confiscated by the police.
• Weather Staff: Using the staff, Jackam can control the weather and utilize it as weapons. Along with the suit, it is presumed to be confiscated by the police.
