Powers

Superhuman Speed

• Speed Force Connection: Jay gained the connection to the Speed Force after a lab incident involving heavy water.
  • Superhuman Speed: Jay is able to run at the speed of light.
    • Time Travel: Jay's speed can breach the temporal barriers and travel across time in the Speed Force.
  • Accelerated Healing Factor: Jay is capable of healing from injuries in a short time and at a higher rate than Humans.
  • Bodily Vibration: Jay can vibrate at superhuman speed and create visual illusions. His vibration can also damage objects such as his Iron Mask.
  • Superhuman Durability: Jay is able to withstand attacks with little or no injuries.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Jay can run at superhuman speed without showing exhaustion despite his advanced age.
  • Electrokinesis: Jay produces yellow lightning on his body when he runs.
    • Speed Force Aura: Jay is protected by an aura of invisible energy, protecting him from burning due to extreme friction and from gravitational forces.
  • Accelerated Perception: Jay is able to perceive actions and words that appeared for a brief moment in time.
  • Superhuman Momentum: Jay can withstand extreme kinetic energy. He is also capable of stopping completely even running at a superhuman speed.
  • Superhuman Reflexes: Jay is to respond to attacks quickly.

Former Powers

• Inter-Dimensional Travel: Jay is able to create Breaches and travel across the Multiverse. However, the Multiverse no longer obeys the same laws of physics after the Crisis. As a result, Jay could no longer travel across the Multiverse using his superhuman speed.

Abilities

• Genius-level Intellect: Jay is an experienced physicist and researched on the Speed Force. At some point, Jay started investigating Antimatter and determined its existence in the Multiverse, eventually warning Barry Allen of the upcoming Crisis.
• Hand-to-Hand Combat: As an experienced vigilante, Jay was trained with basic combat skills and capable of fighting his opponents.

  • Helmet: After defeating Zoom, Jay took his winged helmet and used it as a secondary weapon.
• Inter-Dimensional Extrapolator: Jay uses a watch-like Inter-Dimensional Extrapolator to travel across the Multiverse.
• Neural Hyper-Collider: Jay created the collider to project human consciousness across time.
