Attack on Community Centers[edit source]
In 2021, Horten Spence investigated multiple attacks on community centers. He was then fired under undisclosed circumstances.[1]
Six months later, Horten visited the Sheldon Park Community Center and questioned Jordan Moore on its security. However, moments after he asked, the building was attacked by Kilovolt. Horten later became the suspect for the attack and was questioned by Batwoman, only to be proved innocent after the real Kilovolt assaulted him.[1]
