Biography[edit source]
Early Life[edit source]
In early November 1989, Felix and his wife both became American citizens thanks to the help of the police.[1]
Day of the Dead Festival[edit source]
In early November 1990 during the day of the dead festival, he was celebrating with his wife their one-year citizenship and thanked Barry and the rest of the precinct for all this. The next morning, after an incident at the local church, he and his family watched the crime scene where Barry asked a question about why the statues moved. Felix claimed that thugs were probably the one responsible for this incident due to the Day of the Dead Festival. Days later, when Reuben Calderon was arrested, they celebrated the event at their restaurant where Peter thanked the Flash for his actions.[1]
