Agent Emilia Harcourt is an experienced agent of the CIA, DEO and later A.R.G.U.S., serving as a mission coordinator of Task Force X and later the second leader of 11th Street Kids
Biography[edit source]
Early Life[edit source]
After graduating from high school, Emilia Harcourt joined the CIA, DEO and eventually A.R.G.U.S., where she was noticed by Amanda Waller and recruited to join as a commanding member of Task Force X.[1]
The Suicide Squad[edit source]
In 2021, Emilia Harcourt, John Economos and Flo Crawley gambled on the status of Task Force X team-one members prior to their suicidal mission. They were then interrupted by Amanda Waller as they returned to their respective roles.[2]
Later, Harcourt monitored team two's mission in Corto Maltese as the first team was simply a distraction for the local army. While the comms were blocked by Corto Maltesean constructions, Harcourt, Economos and Crawley fell asleep at the command center until they were woken by Bloodsport's message on Starro's escape. Harcourt soon reluctantly followed Waller's orders to open the Nano-Bomb Detonator as the team refused to leave the people of Corto Maltese behind with Starro. However, Crawley knocked Waller unconscious and allowed both Harcourt and Economos to guide the team to attack Starro.[2]
