Deon Owens, nicknamed Time God by Team Flash, is a former footballer in Masonville until his injury forcing him to lose his future. After gaining a connection to the Still Force, Owens became the avatar of the Force of Nature and abused his abilities to turn back time, though later reformed and became an ally of Team Flash.

Deon Owens was born in late 1980 and as the only child of his family.[3]

Losing His Future[edit source]
As of 1998, Owens became a major player in the Masonville Falcons and had a promising future. However, he was injured during a game and forced him to get 4 pins in his knee. He later became a used cars salesman until he gained the connection to the Still Force in 2020, allowing him to rewind time and relive the period while attempting to restore his "future". However, his rewinds were unable to prevent his destiny and he lived through his injury countless times.[1]

Owens was unaware that his rewind caused damage to the present day with anachronisms appearing out of thin air, such as dinosaurs, war-period submarines and a Roman soldier in Central City. His rewinds also expanded the Time Pocket and swallowed Ramon and Runk. As they investigated the anomaly, Owens confronted them and fought against them. Runk then convinced him to let his past go as the injury is a fixed point in time. Owens misunderstood his speech and attempted to create a better future for everyone including himself, leaving the pocket and stopped the time loop, freeing countless back to their respective time periods.[1]

- Still Force Connection: At some point after the Mirror Monarch's attack and reactivation of the Speed Force, Owens gained the connection to the Still Force and gained abilities that could alter time.[1]
- Time Travel/Teleportation: Owens was able to travel back in time through teleportation as well as rewinding time. However, he travels by bringing his consciousness back to his past self.[1]
- Displacement: Owens is capable of sending certain objects and people through time, as seen when he sent Ramon's weapon and individuals back in time in era appropriate outfits.[1]
- Memory Manipulation: As a side effect of Owens' abilities, individuals sent back in time will lose their memories and revert to that in the time period, as seen when Ramon's consciousness reverted to his 7-year-old self until Runk mentions present day concepts and restored his memories.[1]
- Nigh-Omniscience: As the avatar of the Still Force, Owens can see the past, present and future at once.[4]
- Time Pockets: When Owens uses his powers, a dome of Temporal Energy forms and disallows anything and objects from penetrating itself until Deon disables his powers.[1]
- Time Manipulation: Owens is able to freeze a single moment of time.[5]
