At some point, Clark Kent became a reporter for the Daily Planet and the vigilante known as Superman. He eventually married Lois Lane, who never died as a result of a gas attack on the Daily Planet in the post-crisis timeline, meaning he never changed his suit's emblem to black.[1]
Crisis on Infinite Earths[edit source]
Following the recreation of Earth-96, Superman was flying in orbit over Earth.[2]
