At some point, Chip Cooper served in the army and stationed in Fort Dakota.[1]
Abra Kadabra's Attack[edit source]
In May 2020, Chip Cooper was assigned to arrest Abra Kadabra and was confronted by Mecha-Vibe. Mecha-Vibe then called him "chief", and Chip denied such rank as well as responding to Mecha-Vibe's use of the word "real". Chip later neither confirmed nor denied the use of holograms in A.R.G.U.S.[2]
