The Central City Ice was an ice delivery service provided by Central City.[1]

In 1990, an iceman from the Central City Ice went to the Marco's Billiards to deliver some ice but the bar owner refused and closed despite the banner stating it was open. The iceman angry about the refusal, threw away the ice block. He noticed a suspicious woman taking one of the ice part and suck it which intrigued him before he left the scene.[1]
