The Batsuits are a series of protective suits used by Bruce Wayne as the vigilante, Batman.

The Dark Knight[edit source]
For Bruce Wayne's twenty-year tenure as the vigilante, Batman, of Gotham City, he has worn a black and grey protective suit that shared characteristics as a bat in his operations. His suit had proven to be an effective method of intimidation and protected him from his enemies.[1]
In 2015, after fighting Doomsday, Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth upgraded the suit to consist of a pair of advanced gauntlets, modelled after Wonder Woman's Bracelets of Submission.[1] The gauntlets were later capable of protecting Wayne from Parademons' energy blasters, saving him while he fought Steppenwolf's forces under Gotham Harbor.[2]
Battle of Pozharnov[edit source]
To prepare himself for the battle in Pozharnov, Wayne wore a tactical Batsuit, similar to his standard suit but with tactical gear and goggles. The suit protected Wayne from major injuries, and was shortly by the original standard Batsuit after the battle.[2]
Knightmare[edit source]
In a possible future where Darkseid succeeded in his search for the Anti-Life Equation, Wayne was the leader of the Insurgency and wore a customized Batsuit that protected him from the desert environment of a transformed world.[1][2]

- Advanced Durability: The Batsuits are designed to withstand not only regular punches and speeding bullet, but also to the extent that Parademon blaster fires can be blocked. Even without any metahuman abilities, Wayne was able to survive fighting an army of Parademons without any major injuries.[1][2]
- Identity Concealment: The Batsuits consist of black cowls that cover the upper half of Wayne's face, concealing his identity. Voice filters are also part of the Batsuits, which modulates Wayne's voice to an indistinguishable, deep one.[1]
