Time Couriers are a series of devices created by the Time Bureau to open Time Portals for Time Travel.

After the Time Bureau was disbanded by the U.S. Senate, all property of the organization was held under the government's supervision. The Time Couriers, however, were taken by the Legends before the trial and kept at the lab of the Waverider.[1]
When Sara Lance brought Mia Queen to Oliver Queen's funeral, Lance gave Queen a Time Courier to return to 2040.[2]

Designs[edit source]
The device resembles a bracelet and blinks green when a Time Portal opens. The device also needs to be charged on a Time Bureau issued console for a short time in order to work properly.
Functions[edit source]
- Time Portal Opening: The Time Couriers are capable of opening a rectangular white doorway and directly connecting to another point in space and time across the Temporal Zone.
- Time Travel: With the portal accessing the Temporal Zone, the Time Couriers allow its users to travel through time.
- Space Travel: Other than travelling through time, individuals can use the Time Couriers to open a doorway to another location.
