Reggie Harris (died 2020) was an inmate of Blackgate Penitentiary[1] and was the alleged murderer of Lucius Fox.[2]
Biography[edit source]
Early Life[edit source]
In 2015, Reggie was arrested by the Crows for apparently having killed Lucius Fox.[2] Though in reality, he was knocked out and framed for his murder while he was after the two of them had a talk.[3]
Being in prison with Jacob Kane[edit source]
In 2020, Reggie tried to frame Jacob Kane who was sentenced for the alleged murder of his wife by placing a knife into his meal to provoke him and start a fight, but Kane decided to leave. Later, Reggie harassed Kane during his daily phone call with his daughter and ordered him to move, which he did by dropping the phone.[1]
Weeks later, when Chuck Dodgson attacked Jacob Kane in Blackgate's showers and stabbed him, Reggie intervened, and saved Jacob. He then told him that he would have more use of him alive as he was close to be release.[4]
Trying to prove his innocence[edit source]
Two weeks later, Reggie's lawyer Bobby Reeves paid a visit to Jacob Kane about the favor for saving his life. Which is to re-open the case of his arrest since now it was heavily implied that he was framed.[2]
Death[edit source]
The day of his post-conviction hearing, the judge accepted his appeal for a new trial which set Reggie free until the next trial date. That night, when he returned home with his grandmother, Reggie was approached by Luke Fox outside his home. After he told his grandmother to go inside, Harris was asked by Luke why he killed his father, but he explained that he didn't, he revealed that he was used as a scapegoat for someone who was probably rich enough to cover-up everything. But before he could elaborate, Reggie was shot by a sniper and killed in front of Luke who tried to save him without success.[3]
