The Phantom Stranger was a mystical being that was capable of interdimensional travel.

The Crisis[edit source]
The Phantom Stranger appeared before Felicity Smoak, The Ray and Nyssa al Ghul after they travelled to Earth-85. Felicity knew who he was and asked him to take her to Oa and after looking into her future and realizing that she was the only one who could find out who the Paragons were he obliged and transported them there.[1]
He was presumably killed when the multiverse was destroyed.[2]
