Operation: Blackout Bomb was the Justice Society of America's successful attempt to remove the hidden cameras across Blue Valley.

Background

Heroes and villains of Blue Valley

Under unknown circumstances, a hooded figure began setting up cameras across Blue Valley, monitoring the lives of heroes and villains living within.

The Gambler discovers the unidentified feed

The camera feed was later discovered by The Gambler, who was soon murdered at the scene. While the Justice Society investigated the murder, they acquired The Gambler's laptop and Beth Chapel also discovered the feed. Thankfully, she did not experience the same fate as The Gambler, and instead was able to notify the Whitmore-Dugans.

Sabotage

Hourman and Doctor Mid-Nite remove cameras

While Chapel broke through the weak cybersecurity of Blue Valley Water and Power, Sylvester Pemberton commanded the operation and signalled the team to remain normal until the power outage. With the power down, the Justice Society moved quickly, with the Whitmore-Dugans removing cameras at their residence, Zeek and Jakeem Williams removing cameras at the Pit Stop, Pemberton investigating possible locations of other cameras, Yolanda Montez removing cameras at her Montez Residence, and Chapel and Rick Tyler removing those at Blue Valley High School. However, as Tyler and Chapel removed cameras at the school, power was restored and the observant was able to notice their sabotage, though was threatened by Tyler through the cameras.
