    Early Life[edit source]

    At some point, the man became Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldavia.[1]

    Gotham City World's Fair[edit source]

    In 1966, he attended the Gotham City World's Fair where he represented his country at the Republic of Moldavia Pavilion. He made a speech to the audience before cutting into a friendship cake which promptly exploded in his face and released a message that read, "Why is an orange like a bell" which was written by Riddler in an attempt to lure Batman to the Peale Art Gallery.[1]
