Mitch Lestrange was a federal agent that worked on protecting the Death Mask of Rasputin.[1]

The Museum theft[edit source]
In 1990, after one of his field agent got murdered in Central City after sending the pictures of the robbers, Mitch organized a meeting with the Central City Police where he warned them about the dangerous group of criminal. Later, he and Anderson were present when the Death Mask of Rasputin was placed on display. When Anderson asked why the mask was important, Barry Allen explained the story of the mask to them before Ted Preminger showed what happened when the sunlight meets the mask. A day later, Barry brought information about another robber who was the mastermind behind the upcoming theft according to an "anonymous source". Stan Kovacs a known robber that already worked in the past with Kate Tatting and Parry Johnson. Upon learning this, Mitch ordered Celia Wayne to move the mask out of the museum despite her disappointment. When a crime wave hit the city, Mitch informed Barry and Ted that Chief Cooper has pulled all officer to stop the crime wave. Mitch eventually deduced that it was just a distraction and that Kovacs and Wayne are actually robbing the mask. When he tries to arrest them Celia almost kill him, but Kovacs knocks him out with a dart.[1]
