The "Mind Navigator" is a device used by Tal-Rho to search through Kal-El's memories.

In late 2020, Tal-Rho used the device and navigated through Kal-El's memories, allowing him to understand his choice between his heritage and humanity. Eventually, Kal saw a silhouette looking at him in his dream and Tal revealed himself as the person who conjured the dream in search of his family. Tal-Rho later used the information gathered from Kal's memories and attacked the Kent Family in Smallville.[1]
The device was later confiscated by the DOD and used once more by Lois Lane in order to wake Jordan Kent from Zeta-Rho's control through the use of the Eradicator.[2]
