Michael "Mickey K." Kastrinos, also known as Kilovolt, was a criminal that attacked the Sheldon Park Community Center.

Time Off for Good Behavior[edit source]
In 2021, Mickey K. was released under "time off for good behavior" by the Edgewater Parole Board. He was then given a Lightning Gun and attacked the Sheldon Park Community Center. He later attacked Horten Spence, who was a suspect for being Kilovolt by Batwoman. Batwoman fought against Mickey and returned, investigating the true identity of Kilovolt.[1]
Later, Ryan went to the prison and talked to Mickey as his fingerprints were found on the Lightning Gun. Despite his security footage placing his location in his cell during the assault, Luke Fox discovered the links between Kilovolt and Ellis O'Brien.[1]
