Lockhart Investigations was a private investigation agency owned by Megan Lockhart.[1]

The Fires[edit source]
In 1990, district attorney Thomas Castillo hired Megan Lockhart to uncover the Flash's identity. After the job was done, Megan realized the consequences of her action after she saw one of her client attempting to murder her husband and decided to help the Flash take down Castillo. Once the problem was solved, she moved the agency to LA.[1]
