Joseph Stalin was a former dictator of the Soviet Union.
Biography[edit source]
In 2020, Joseph was resurrected by Lachesis during the final fight between the Legends and the Fates. He was later killed using a Hellfire Gun by Astra Logue.[1]

- Immortality: Whilst being an Encore it was impossible to kill him without the use of a Hell Weapon.[1]
