Jim Corrigan was a former police officer turned Spectre of the Multiverse.
Biography[edit source]
Original Life[edit source]
In his original life, Jim was a decorated police officer and a hero. Later, he was called to a higher purpose and became a Spectre.[1]
Turning Oliver Queen into the Spectre[edit source]
Using his powers, Jim found out about the Crisis and waited for Oliver Queen to arrive in Purgatory after his resurrection.[1]
After Oliver arrived and reunited with Mia, Dig and Constantine, Jim appeared and told Oliver that he has a higher purpose to save the Multiverse.[1]
During their time in "Lian Yu", Jim prepared Oliver for the upcoming battle and made him relive every punch thrown, every kick landed, and every arrow shot throughout his life. When he was finally ready, he sent Oliver to the Vanishing Point to pick up the Paragons in order to fight the Anti-Monitor in his own universe.[2]
