"Hi Diddle Riddle"^[1] is the first episode of the first season of Batman: Classic TV Series, and the first episode overall. It aired on January 12, 1966.

Synopsis[edit source]

The Riddler uses a trumped-up lawsuit to try to unmask Batman in court. Batman is forced to break the law himself, and Robin ends up in the master-fiend's evil clutches. Watch for the latest dance craze: the Batusi!^[1]
