Meeting with Bruce Wayne[edit | hide]
In 1966, Harris met Bruce Wayne at Wayne Manor and proposed anti-crime centers be set up in Gotham City. Bruce liked this idea and responded that anti-crime centers of this type might have prevented his parents' murder.[3]
