    Gary Green (Earth-Prime)

Love is complicated because people are complicated. Learning how to love another person can be messy and painful, but in the end, if you can make it work, it's the most beautiful thing in the world.
    — Gary Green[src]

Gary Green was a former agent of the Time Bureau, later a member of the Legends of Tomorrow and the former apprentice of the Master of the Dark Arts, John Constantine.

Green was later revealed to have been a Necrian in disguise, hired by Bishop to kidnap notable individuals on Earth for his plan to prevent another cataclysmic event similar to the destruction of Earth. Green soon reformed and assisted Sara's escape, allowing them to return to Earth and rejoin the Legends of Tomorrow.

    Biography[edit source]

    Early Life[edit source]

Gary Green was born to a pair of unnamed parents on Necria, where he was engaged to the powerful warrior Kayla.[6]

    Trip to Earth[edit source]

In the 2000s, Green and Kayla were hired by Bishop to kidnap required individuals to create his hybrids. Among those individuals was Sara Lance.[7]

    Agent Green[edit source]

Concealing his identity as an alien, Green joined the Time Bureau and reported directly to Ava Sharpe. He eventually came across the Legends of Tomorrow, finally meeting Lance. However, he fell in love with humanity and delayed his mission for over three years.[7]

    Meet the Legends[edit source]

Hi, I'm Gary Green. Um, if I had to sum myself up in two words they would be, uh, fully forgiven. A lot of things happened last year that you could misconstrue as potentially, maybe being my fault. But thankfully everyone agrees that at worst I was just a hapless rube who got manipulated by the forces of Hell to betray humanity.

    Kidnapping of Sara Lance[edit source]

I was sent to Earth to kidnap the quintessential human...The point is, I couldn't go through with your abduction because I fell in love with you, with Ava, with all humans.
