An unnamed man is the First Mate of the Little Chan.

Rescuing Oliver Queen[edit | hide]
At some point, the man became the first mate of the Little Chan fishing boat. In 2012, he and his captain were fishing in the North China Sea when they noticed a fire signal exploding on the island of Lian Yu. They sailed to the island to investigate and soon discovered the shipwrecked Oliver Queen, who they subsequently transported to the mainland.[2]
