Edward Nigma is the former criminal known as the Riddler and patient at Arkham Asylum.

At some point, Edward Nigma became the criminal known as the Riddler and an enemy of Batman. During one encounter, Nigma was defeated by Batman after a stand-off with the GCPD[1] and was locked in Arkham Asylum.[2] He also had a daughter named Evelyn Rhyme at some point in his life.[3]
Arkham Asylum[edit source]
In 2022, Alice asked some of the inmates in the Arkham Asylum cafeteria if the Joker had ever talked about his plan to rain acid down on Gotham City. Nigma then told her the plan in the form of a riddle.[2]
