- Human-Amazon Hybrid Physiology: Troy was born to a Human male and an Amazon female, allowing her Amazon genes to form exceptional powers.
- Superhuman Strength: Troy has shown to have tremendous strength, being able to fling enemies across the air and damage a fire hydrant. She also uses a lasso in the field, which she is able to grab heavy objects in the air easily.
- Superhuman Durability: Troy's skin and flesh are more resistant to attacks. However, she is still vulnerable to bullets and sharp edges as shown when she was injured during a fight against Deathstroke. She was also killed by electricity despite being able to withstand the injuries longer than average human beings.
- Superhuman Speed: Troy was shown to run as a blur while apprehending Arthur Light.
- Superhuman Agility: Troy is able to jump across a garbage truck easily.
- Longevity: Troy has a longer lifespan compared to humans.

- Electricity Immunity: After her resurrection, Troy is no longer vulnerable to electricity and able to withstand the power of the "purple storm".[5]

- Hand-to-Hand Combat: As a sidekick of Wonder Woman and a former member of the Titans, Troy was shown to be able to fight criminals and skilled opponents through hand-to-hand combats.
- Swordsmanship: Troy is proficient with using swords against her opponents.[7]
- Photography: Troy is a long-time photographer.
- Multilingualism: Troy is fluent in speaking English, Greek, Sumerian and Italian.

- Sword: While being surrounded by Ghouls, Troy was able to summon a sword to defend herself.[4] The same sword was later used by Troy when she battled Lydia.[7]
- Lasso: Troy uses a lasso to fight her opponents. The lasso is also able to force anyone in contact to tell the truth.

- Wonder Girl Suit: Troy wears a red leather suit with yellow stars and accents as the vigilante "Wonder Girl".
- Trackers: Troy uses multiple yellow star-shaped trackers as both a device and a projectile weapon.
