Officer Diggs is a police officer in the Los Angeles Police Department.
Biography[edit source]
At some point, Diggs joined the Los Angeles Police Department. While on duty, he frequently rides his motorcycle fast with his siren on for no reason.
In 2016, Diggs pulled Lucifer Morningstar over for speeding. Lucifer attempted to bribe him into letting him go but after seeing this wouldn't work he resorted to using his powers to make him reveal that he has broken the law before so this time wouldn't be so bad which convinced him to take the money.[1]
