Belle Reve Penitentiary,[1] formerly known as Belle Reve Federal Penitentiary,[2] and also known as Belle Reve Correctional Center,[3] and is a government black site prison for superpowered individuals and the base of operations of Task Force X.

In 2016, Amanda Waller assembled Task Force X and used the prison as its base of operations, with A.R.G.U.S. running the facility.[2]
