Alfred Pennyworth is the father of Julia Pennyworth and the former ally and close friend of Batman.

Adulthood[edit source]
After Thomas and Martha Wayne were murdered, Alfred Pennyworth raised their son, Bruce Wayne, in Wayne Manor. He would later learn his secret identity as Batman and work alongside him under the codename of "The Eagle". He also had a daughter named Julia Pennyworth at some point.
He later moved to a flat in London after Bruce Wayne left Gotham City.[1]
Legacy[edit source]
When Tommy Elliot was disguised as Bruce Wayne, Julia Pennyworth asked if he had spoken to Alfred using his codename and told him that he lived in a flat in Glasgow which confused him and eventually led to her discovering that he was not Bruce.[1]
